Sex Advice: Man worried about wife after sex with male colleague

Question. I am a 34-year-old married man. Last week, I went on an official out-of-town tour with a male colleague. We shared a room. He forced me to have sex with him and we did it without a condom. Now I don’t want to have sex with my wife as I am afraid I might pass on a disease. Am I safe?
Answer. Presuming you had anal sex, there is a chance that you have contracted a urinary infection. If your partner was healthy, the chances of catching a sexually transmitted disease are few. However, a possibility remains. You must check with a pathologist and undergo some tests. Never forget to use a condom.
